Empty beaches and streets without any tourists is an unusual phenomenon for the month of May in Alanya. But there is an optimistic outlook. Turkey plans to open domestic tourism in late May. Since the end of June, the International Ministry of Health will open points for testing for coronavirus at all airports; starting from Antalya, as well as in Kapykul and Ipsal (checkpoint on the border with Bulgaria and Greece), in early June the testing will be conducted for each arriving passenger. "The results will be ready within 5-6 hours", Ersoy said in an interview with Hurriyet newspaper. Earlier, it was announced in the Ministry of Tourism of Turkey about the launch of a program for the certification of healthy tourism, which includes a wide range of measures for the safety of transportation, accommodation, health status of employees of tourism institutions and guests of the country. Certification program consists of four sections: 1) Passenger health and safety, 2) Employee health and safety, 3) Precautions in place, 4) Transport precautions.
