Оpening an account with the Turkish bank

To open an account, you will need a Turkish tax number, proof of registration in your country of residence (this can be a domestic passport with a residence stamp or any bill for utility bills in your name with the address of residence). Domestic passport or utility bill is translated into Turkish. When opening an account, the bak takes a deposit of 1100 liras and 100 liras for the services of the bank. You cannot use this money, however,  when you decide to close an account, money is returned back to you.

Service for NOT OUR Customers (customers, who do not purchase real estate from our agency): 

  • Taking a tax number is 50 liras

  • Opening an account with the Turkish bank is 100 evro

  • Rent a safe deposit box in a bank - 500 evro
